Jason Anderson is an American professional motocross and supercross rider. Born in Edgewood, New Mexico, he developed a passion for racing at a young age. Over the years, Jason Anderson has established himself as one of the premier riders in the 450SX class, known for his aggressive style, exceptional racecraft, and unwavering resilience on the track.
Jason Anderson started riding motorcycles at the age of seven, quickly making a name for himself in the amateur motocross scene. He amassed an impressive 72 wins and claimed five Loretta Lynn’s Amateur Championships, one of the most prestigious amateur accolades in the United States. In 2010, he was awarded the AMA Nicky Hayden Horizon Award, recognizing his extraordinary talent and potential as he transitioned into a professional career in 2011.
In 2018, he won the AMA 450SX Supercross Championship riding for Husqvarna, marking the brand’s first championship in the premier class. Over the years, he has accumulated 14 Monster Energy AMA Supercross 450SX wins and two career AMA Pro Motocross 450 victories. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to perform under pressure, delivering podium finishes even in the most competitive environments. In 2025, Mr. Anderson swept the final round of the FIM World Supercross Championship in Cape Town, claiming the SX1 class title.
